The Law of Attraction

No this is about how to be more attractive to someone! but who knows, it may help you in that department. Anyway before reading into this, its best to have an open mind and try it. If it doesn't work, do what you like but its worked for me so I thought i'd share.....

Feeling demotivated?

Have a negative attitude?

From my experience having a negative aspect or view doesn't do you any favours whatsoever. Ever had a bad thing happen to you and you were thinking that exact thing was going to happen before it did? This is the law of Attraction

The law of attraction is about how your thinking is the reasoning behind things happening in your life. 

Basically if you think it, the universe ( you gotta keep an open mind here) will bring it to you. 

I have had some "bad luck" recently and as we all do from time to time. I believe the above is the cause of it. Its been a hectic year and I'm trying to find ways to train myself again mentally and physically. I couldn't help feeling like shit and thinking "I knew this was gonna happen" but with so much that happening in my life right now and added responsibilities, you kind lose track. 

Does it actually work? 
YES! When I first read about it, I applied it with an open mind. it was amazing. I started winning competitions i randomly entered, I was generally happy, i started meeting my goals i had set, I found a job, when ever something bad did occur, I always saw the "greener side", I wouldn't feel "down" or start feeling sorry for my self - I always thought whats the next best thing to do?

Where the law of attraction is needed the most when things are not going your way. 

Its not just about thinking positive. it is deeper than that. What is the next best solution to your issue? what can be changed? how will you do it? YOU NEED TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. YOU CAN CHANGE.

Techniques To Use
  • Ask - what do you want? note it down. i.e a Car
  • Believe - That car you always wanted? imagine you already have it. Its yours. Think about that feeling when your purchase has been complete ( just like anything you have ordered in the past), Close your eyes, feeling your hands on the steering wheel, imagine the happiness you feel driving it, brand new, no faults, no issues, the smell of brand new leather, feel it in your mind. Its Yours. 
  • Receive - What emotion do you feel when you have what you wanted? Happiness? Joy? Feel it now. 
Gratitude 
Be grateful with what you already have. You may not have your dream house or that hand bag you want yet but being grateful is another feeling of happiness. Appreciate your wife or husband, appreciate your friends and family, appreciate the great things you have already that some people don't  - what you could do is once in a while ( up to you how you want to do it) is have a day where you show your gratitude to a loved one - it does wonders! 

Music
Listen to music that puts you in a happy positive mood. The power of music is something else.

Favourite Moments

One method I use is write a list of 3 or more moments in your life when you felt happy. Think about these moments when something bad is creeping on your mind. Negative thoughts attract negative energy. 

Heres a couple of examples

1. Happy Moments during a holiday?
2. Favourite Birthday? 
3. Best moment with friends?
4. Your Best achievement and your feeling when this happened?
5. When you bought that bag you always wanted?
6. When you came across this blog.....

Motivational Quotes 

There are loads on google images that can be found. I also like watching some motivation videos on Youtube from time to time. Have a search if you like it might help.

Religion/Faith

Do you have a faith? Praying is also a good way to attract good towards you. Don't count it out! 

To Conclude:

Remember the universe and law of attraction works with the way we feel. Think better and the universe will treat YOU better.
