A superfood won't give you super powers -I tried. It didn't work.
When you see in shops and it mentions superfoods on the label - what it actually means is it contains an abundance of vitamins and minerals compared to a standard fruit and veg you would find.
Did you know that its vitamins and minerals that actually make our appetite full? so if a meal is full of Carbs, Protein,vitamins and minerals, you won't be hungry. I have tried this. After a meal, If I am still hungry, I have 5-10 cacao beans and I am no longer hungry - try it.
Who would of thought chocolate was so healthy?
Anyway I'm going to list some superfoods that would be good to include in your diet that may help you as it has helped me. This page will be updated on a continues basis.
